Sand Mold
According to your production requirements and castings size, we manufacture castings on our 14x19 automatic, 20x24 automatic, roto-lift, or no-bake sand molding lines.  We manufacture sand mold castings ranging in size from 1/4 lb. up to 400 lbs.  Our variety of sand molding processes enable us to produce your higher volume work and low volume, customized runs.
Permanent Mold
We run tilt & static pour permanent molding lines to suit your casting needs.  The permanent mold process provides a means to produce castings with intricate detail, exceptional quality and dimensional stability.  Mid-volume casting production with high strength requirements generally works well in permanent mold.  We are capable of customizing runs to meet our customers' needs.
