Castings is capable of pouring a complete line of ASTM certified aluminum |

alloys. We
manufacture a high volume of our work in A356, 356, 319 and 713. |

|
Our melting
processes are monitored to ensure metal consistency and quality. The |
|
melting
department consists of two 1,500 lb. gas crucible furnaces, a reverb furnace
and |
|
a number of
smaller gas-fired melting furnaces. |

|
On-site heat
treatment facilities may also be utilized to improve strength, stability and |
|
machinability of
certain cast alloys. |
