Current Product Lines w Commercial Lighting Components & Fixtures w Pump Housings w Explosion Proof Ballast Lighting w Motor Housings w Industrial Tool Components w Marine Motor Housings           Aluminum Specifications St. Croix Castings is capable of pouring a complete line of ASTM certified aluminum alloys.  We manufacture a high volume of our work in A356, 356, 319 and 713.   Our melting processes are monitored to ensure metal consistency and quality.  The melting department consists of two 1,500 lb. gas crucible furnaces, a reverb furnace and a number of smaller gas-fired melting furnaces.   On-site heat treatment facilities may also be utilized to improve strength, stability and machinability of certain cast alloys.   Our Company St. Croix Castings produces aluminum castings in both sand and permanent mold.  We offer a wide variety of additional services that complete the casting production according to your specifications.  With up-to-date equipment and processes, we are capable of small to medium size volumes & customized production runs.   Our focus is the customer, from the design and engineering of the casting, to the finished, quality inspected part.  We are able to offer you competitive pricing and excellent lead times for your casting needs.   Our manufacturing facility first opened its doors in 1970 out of Woodville, Wisconsin. Current ownership took over in July 2001 and continues to modernize operations with state of the art equipment.
